Are you looking for a healthy pudding option that keeps you full and satisfied? Look no further, my friend. Here is my super easy recipe for Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding.
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao if you’re feeling fancy)
2 tbsp Agave Nectar (or Maple Syrup)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients except agave nectar to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Let rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours (or until it’s achieved a pudding-like consistency).
- Serve chilled with desired toppings, I used dairy free chocolate.
- Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for 2-3 days…if you can make it last that long.I even added peanut butter to the next one I made and it was equally delicious. This is a great base for adding other flavours, such as peppermint, coffee or berries. Enjoy.
