London Vegan Bird’s Christmas Gift Guide

How is everyone doing with their Christmas shopping?  I do the same thing every year,  start early but still find myself scrabbling round for last minute gifts the week of Christmas.  So, I thought I would  put together a little vegan gift guide.  Here’s some ideas that I personally would love to receive:

Lush Home For Christmas Gift Set £13.95

Home_for_Christmas_side_webContaining 3 of their most popular products: The Olive Branch Shower Gel, Yog Nog Soap and the cult favourite, Dream Cream Body Lotion.

Consider It Chocolate Truffles £11

355152_fefeb1a433d11d1cd6185c42e48deedcI have featured Consider It chocolate quite a lot on my blog and that’s for the very good reason that they are my favourite vegan chocolates. Just trust me on this.

Isa Chandra Moskowitz Isa Does It £16

81WKIP4rPDLI could easily have picked any of Isa Chandra Moskowitz’s books as they’re all wonderful but this is the one that I have used the most this year.  Easy to follow recipes and great banter throughout. Book available from

The Vegan Kind Subscription £10 per month +pp

Ananda’s Marshmallow Mix £6.99

2832317This time of year, all I want to do of an evening is curl up with a lovely hot chocolate. And no indulgent cocoa is complete without marshmallows. Try making your own vegan version with this handy kit.  But if you can’t be bothered with that, check out their website for all sorts of vegan (ready-made) goodies.

Vaute Couture ‘No Animals Harmed’ Necklace $27.50

Heart_Necklace_largeIf you haven’t heard of this cruelty free fashion brand, please go check them out.  I am lusting over their coats but as they are slightly out of my price range, I will settle for this pretty heart necklace with a subtle ‘No Animals Harmed’ engraving.

Neve Cosmetics Eye Palette £21.95

2_1494_sA new discovery of mine, I absolute love this eye palette from Neve Cosmetics.  The perfect everyday nudes. Great consistency and lasts all day.

Animal Aid Subscription

Animal_Aid_logoSo hard to choose a charity subscription, so best to choose one suited to the person you are buying for.  But having just come back from the Animal Aid Christmas Fayre, I wanted to highlight this extremely worthy cause. Animal Aid is the UK’s largest animal rights group and one of the longest established in the world. Their work includes peaceful campaigns against all forms of animal abuse and promoting a cruelty-free lifestyle.

I would love to hear some of your vegan gift ideas.

Thanks for reading.
