150g Vegan Margarine (plus a bit extra for greasing)
100g soft brown sugar
2 Flax Eggs (1 egg is 1 Tbs Flax and 3 Tbs Water)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g self raising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
120g Provamel Natural Soya Yoghurt (No Sugar)
1 pear, ripe, sliced
2 plums, ripe, stone removed, sliced
I would love to know if you have tried the Provamel no sugar soya yoghurts and any recipes ideas you may have.
