Coyo Plain Coconut Yoghurt
Red Grapes, halved
Flaxseed (I used Linwoods Milled Cocoa and Berries)
Start with the Granola, and layer the fruit on top, then add some of the Coyo Yoghurt (you can also use Soya which is more readily available and slightly easier on the wallet) and a little drizzle of Agave. I added some Flaxseed too.
So there you have it, a simple and easy breakfast idea that also looks pretty cool.
