Bird’s Eye Review: Soupologie Spinach, Kale and Garlic

photo 1

Slightly strange to be posting about a hot soup in the height of England’s heatwave but just like porridge, I like to eat soup all year round and this one has a summery feel.  As packaged soup’s go, this brand is a winner and the ingredients are pretty clean.

The Kale, Spinach and Garlic contacts mainly veg, spices and seasoning.  All of their vegetables and ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible and their products are all lactose and gluten free and have no nasties added.

I love the combination of the greens with the sweetness of the garlic.  Can’t wait to try Soupologie’s other flavours.  I bought mine from Ocado but I believe they are also available in Whole Foods and Planet Organic.

A soup brand with an all vegan product range?  That’s good enough for me.
